Fender Mustang and Fender Fuse Software
The Fender Mustang Amplifiers comes with a software called Fender Fuse and you can use this to alter everything on the Mustang. You can add and change effects to make it sound just like you want. There is also a forum where you can download a patch from other users or upload your own sounds.
There is already many configurations online that you can download and use of popular guitar players and bands, so if you want a sound like Mark Knoppfler you can search for it and and just upload it to your Fender Mustang amp and start playing.
The Fender Mustang is an awesome amp and it starts at only $99 for the Mustang one which is a great practice amp it has 20 watts and an 8 inch speaker, 24 presets from clean to heavy dist. You can hear how the 24 presets sounds like by going to the Fender website
To be able to use the Fender fuse software you need to connect your amp to the computer with a usb cable. Here is a picture of fuse with all the effects loaded.
From here you can pick what amplifier you want use and change all the effects, when you find a sound that you like you can save it to one of the 24 presets on the amp so you can use it without having to start Fender fuse and hooking up the amp to the computer. In the next picture I have moved the delay and reverb after the amplifier instead which is usually a better configuration when using distortion.
Fender Mustang with the Fender Fuse software is a great amplifier that sounds really good it also comes with Ableton live lite which is a multitrack recording software for pc.
As a sidenote anyone that use Ubuntu Linux can use fuse to but the layout doesn’t look as good as the windows version.

Just install Fender Fuse it is on the cd that comes with the amp. You might want to upgrade it since it is a new version available. Then just plug in the usb cable and the software will detect the amplifier turn the knobs on the amp and you will see that they will also turn on the screen.
